We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner. In most cases you will receive your order within 7 business days. However, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at hi@dassmybestfriend.com. Your email must include your name, order number, and a photograph providing proof of damage.

If the exterior of the packaging is damaged, you must place a claim with USPS. We suggest taking photos to provide proof of the damaged packaging.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, contact USPS for more information. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped we are no longer responsible for your order. You must file a claim with USPS.

Refunds are never issued for lost or stolen merchandise.

Most Definitely. We would love to ship to you wherever you are; however, it works much different than domestic shipping.

We will always ship international orders with UPS or when it's the best option otherwise your order will be shipped via USPS. There is a possibility that there may be duties added to your order by customs that will need to be paid prior to delivery or pick up from your local post office. These duties are out of our control. International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
